Allegheny County Council is honored to present this Certificate of Recognition to Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Van Horn of Elizabeth Township upon the monumental occasion of their 60th wedding anniversary. The couple was married in McKeesport on May 14, 1949 and has since been blessed with four children, eight grandchildren and two great-grandsons. We are pleased to recognize your impressive dedication to each other over so many years; only two people who are truly meant for one another can spend their lives together. We congratulate you on this great milestone and wish you much happiness in the future.
