Motion of the Council of Allegheny County pulling Bill No. 8849-15, an Ordinance of the County of Allegheny, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, amending Article 1203, Government Review Commission, of the Administrative Code by clarifying the procedure by which the five appointees of the County Council to the Commission are nominated and selected, from committee for an immediate final vote.

WHEREAS, Bill No. 8849-15 was introduced and referred to the Committee on Government Reform on March 24, 2015, or 252 days prior to the introduction of this motion; and
WHEREAS, the Rules of Allegheny County Council, Article IV, Section B, allow for bills to be pulled from committee by the vote of a simple majority of the seated Members of Council if such motion is made more than sixty (60) days from the date of the first reading of the bill;
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS MOVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF ALLEGHENY COUNTY,
That this Council hereby pulls Bill No. 8849-15 from the Committee on Government Reform, and authorizes an immediate final vote on the bill.
