Overriding Chief Executive Jim Roddey's veto of Council Bill No. 0802-02, entitled, "An Ordinance of the County of Allegheny, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, amending Section 301.03 of the County's Administrative Code regarding reapportionment of Council Districts following a decennial census."

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS MOVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF ALLEGHENY COUNTY,

 

 

That the Council of Allegheny County hereby overrides Chief Executive Jim Roddey's veto of Council Bill No. 0802-02, entitled, "An Ordinance of the County of Allegheny, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, amending Section 301.03 of the County's Administrative Code regarding reapportionment of Council Districts following a decennial census."
