NOW THEREFORE, IT IS MOVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF ALLEGHENY COUNTY,

That  the appropriation to the Treasurer's Office will increase by $100,000, Refunds will decrease by $100,000, and the motion which would have decreased the appropriation to the Clerk of Courts is hereby withdrawn.
