This certificate of achievement is presented to Allegheny County Council District 4 Representative Michael Finnerty in recognition of his hitting a hole-in-one at the South Park Golf Course on May 31, 2008.  Councilman Finnerty was always complaining about the county golf courses until he scored the hole-in-one.  The club that enabled his shot was a utility club, also known as an Irish Shillelagh.  On behalf of the residents of Allegheny County, we commend you for this outstanding achievement and wish you continued success in the future.
