NOW THEREFORE, IT IS MOVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF ALLEGHENY COUNTY,

 

To amend the 2003 Operating Budget increasing the appropriation to the Court of Common Pleas by $1 million and decreasing the appropriation to Non-Departmental Expenses (MCU460101), by adjusting the following appropriations:
