The experience has grown steadily over 50 years, becoming the premiere multidisciplinary art event in the region and attracting visitors to an enlivening experience and residents to a unique tradition. The festival has helped promote Pittsburgh's reputation as a cultural and artistic breeding ground. It has enriched our region and become a staple attraction.
