This Certificate of Achievement is presented to the North Allegheny High School Marching Band in recognition of their notable participation in the Presidential Inaugural Parade of our 44th president in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday, January 20, 2009. For being the only marching band from Pennsylvania selected to participate, this Council applauds you, your outstanding abilities and your inclusion in a historical American event. Your representation of Allegheny County on a day that was recognized worldwide is to be commended.
