Chief Clouse's accomplishments are many and varied, and have established the Aspinwall Police Department as a model on a national scale. Chief Clouse has diligently guarded the safety of Aspinwall residents over the course of his exemplary 39 year career, and this endeavor has earned both the esteem and the respect of the citizens of Allegheny County. His dedication to serving his community even at great risk to himself has conferred honor upon the County to be shared by each of us and, for that, we commend him.
