Resolution authorizing ratification of 2002 year-end transfers Intra-Departmental YE1-YE375 and Inter-Departmental EY1-EY43.

The Council of the County of Allegheny hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.      

Ratification of year-end 2002 Intra-departmental transfers YE 1 - YE 375 totaling $17,322,387.00 and Inter-departmental transfers EY 1 - EY 43 totaling $2,453,966.00.  These transfers were necessary to clear error files.

Section 2.                                          If any provision of this Resolution shall be determined to be unlawful, invalid, void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be considered severable from the remaining provisions of this Ordinance which shall be in full force and effect.

Section 3.                                          Any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Ordinance is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Ordinance.
