This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Stephanie Shaw for being selected as one of five finalists in the 2008 Kids Helping Kids Art Contest, sponsored by The Children's Home of Pittsburgh and Lemieux Family Center. Stephanie's artwork, entitled “Put a Little L.U.C.K. in Your Life,” will be featured on labels for locally made products, including coffee, fudge, and stationary, from which the proceeds will benefit The Children's Home and Lemieux Family Center. Stephanie's success in the Kids Helping Kids art contest is only one example of her award-winning artwork. Recently, she has entered 15 art and coloring contests throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania and has won prizes in 13. You have set a high standard of commitment which the youth of our great County of Allegheny may follow, and which serves as an inspiration to this Council and the citizens of Allegheny County.
