NOW THEREFORE, IT IS MOVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF ALLEGHENY COUNTY,

That this Council hereby amends the 2003 Operating Budget to create a line item entitled Council Contingency Reserve Fund in the Non-Department Cost Center (MCU460101.86101) in the amount of $225,000.  The appropriation is created from the consolidation of initial appropriations made to the following object codes:

                     MCU460101.62006 - Employee Related Misc. Expenses - $25,000

                     MCU460101.63100 - Contract Services -  $200,000

Use of this appropriation requires approval of Council.
