This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Tory Laquatra of Boy Scout Troop 368 in recognition of his attainment of the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, scouting's most distinguished honor. This Council commends Mr. Laquatra's diligence and skill: two traits he has displayed throughout his scouting career, his growth as a troop leader, and his dedication to our community. For his Eagle Scout service project, Mr. Laquatra made improvements to the exterior of St. Teresa of Avila Church through extensive landscaping. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Mr. Laquatra has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow.
