This Certificate of Recognition is presented to Fred and Peggie Kugler upon the momentous occasion of their 60^th wedding anniversary.  Mr. and Mrs. Kugler, of the McKeesport area, were married on April 19, 1948 in the former Coursin Street Methodist Church by the Reverend Willard Douglass.  They are the proud parents of Fred Kugler, Jr., JoAnne Carl, Karen Lynn Kugler, and Scott Kugler and the loving grandparents to eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.  Your commitment to each other and dedication to your family serves as an inspiration to this Council and the citizens of Allegheny County.  Allegheny County Council congratulates and recognizes you upon this happy occasion and we wish you all the best in the future.
