This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Justin E. Lis in recognition of achieving the rank of Eagle Scout, scouting's most distinguished honor. This Council commends Mr. Lis' diligence and skill, which he has displayed throughout his scouting career and his growth as a troop leader. We extend our appreciation for the longevity of his service to his community, including his remarkable Eagle Project: the organization of a group of volunteers to help construct and install public benches along a path at St. Thomas More Church. Since joining the Boy Scout's in 1997, Mr. Lis has set a high standard of commitment and dedication that the youth of our great county may follow. He serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
