This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. A.J. Verduce in recognition of achieving the rank of Eagle Scout, scouting's most distinguished honor. We commend you on the diligence and skill you displayed throughout your scouting service in your roles as Librarian, Quartermaster, Patrol Leader, Troop Guide, Instructor, Senior Patrol Leader and Junior Assistant Scoutmaster and through the 38 merit badges that you earned. This Council extends its deepest appreciation for your service to your community in which you restored the War Memorial at Mt. Nebo Presbyterian Church. Additionally, you have proven yourself to be a leader at school, through your participation in the Technology Students Association and the Avonworth Marching Band. You have set a high standard of commitment and dedication which the youth of our great County of Allegheny may follow, and which serves as an inspiration to this Council and the citizens of Allegheny County.
