NOW THEREFORE, IT IS MOVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF ALLEGHENY COUNTY,

That this Council hereby amends the 2003 Operating Budget by decreasing the appropriation to the Clerk of Courts to $2,150,000, and increasing the appropriation to the County Treasurer to $4,050,000.
