Allegheny County Council is honored to present this Certificate of Recognition to Mr. William Trimbath of Pleasant Hills Borough for receiving the 2009 Outstanding Council Member of the Year Award from the Pennsylvania Borough Councils Association. Mr. Trimbath has served as a Council Member for Pleasant Hills Borough for over 14 years, and he has served as the President of Council in 1998 and 2004. He has served dutifully on a variety of committees, contributing his vast insight into an innumerable amount of issues. Mr. Trimbath has the ability to approach matters in a non-confrontational way, and this ability allows him and the borough's council to accomplish all matters in a concise and well-informed manner. Mr. Trimbath is the type of council member who can teach us all. We honor his service to Pleasant Hills, and we wish him all the best in the future.
