This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Sean Thomas O'Brien in recognition of achieving the rank of Eagle Scout, scouting's most distinguished honor. We commend you on the diligence and skill you displayed throughout your scouting service and on your growth through troop leadership positions, including Instructor, Senior Patrol Leader, and Staff Member for the Heritage Reservation Summer Camp. This Council extends its deepest appreciation for your service to your community in which you cleaned up fallen leaves and restored a 15'x 32' wooden deck at the Spiritan Center in Bethel Park, which required you to raise a total of $900 in funding and gather 42 scouts and adults to devote 394 man-hours to the project. In addition to your service as a Boy Scout, you have proven yourself to be an outstanding student at Bethel Park High School, where you are a member and the treasurer of the National Honor Society. You have set a high standard of commitment and dedication which the youth of our great County of Allegheny may follow, and which serves as an inspiration to this Council and the citizens of Allegheny County.
