Brentwood Emergency Medical Service dedicated in memory of Mr. John Balkovec, along with the memory of Mr. Roger Owens, a new Lifeline ambulance, Medic 532. Allegheny County is blessed that individuals like Mr. Balkovec have called this area home, and have dedicated their lives to enhancing the quality of life in our neighborhoods and the community as a whole.
