This Council extends its deepest appreciation for your service to your community in which you renovated the 9/11 Memorial at and replaced the rear deck of the East McKeesport Number 2 Firehall. In addition to your service as a Boy Scout, you have also proven yourself to be a leader as an EMT and on various athletic and academic teams at your school. You have set a high standard of commitment and dedication which the youth of our great County of Allegheny may follow, and which serves as an inspiration to this Council and the citizens of Allegheny County.
