Allegheny County Council is honored to present this Certificate of Achievement to Mr. and Mrs. Roderick R. Petrow of McKeesport upon the monumental occasion of their 60th wedding anniversary. The Petrows were married on March 5, 1949 in Bryn Mawr Christian Church in White Oak. Mr. Roderick is a retired soaking specialist for U.S. Steel Duquesne Works, and Mrs. Petrow is a retired beautician of Helena's Salon in McKeesport. The couple is the proud parents of Jo Winton and Denice Felt, the proud grandparents of seven children, and the proud great-grandparents of eight children. We are pleased to recognize your impressive dedication to each other over so many years, and we wish you much happiness with each other in the future.
