Now Therefore, it is moved by the Council of Allegheny County, that subpoenas be issued to County Manager Robert Webb and Budget & Finance Director Carmen Torockio compelling them to appear before the Special Committee on Row Office Review on Tuesday, February 25, 2003 at 4:00 p.m. to testify the truth and give evidence on the issue of projected cost savings to the county that may be realized with the consolidation or elimination of the Allegheny County Row Offices.
