This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Timothy Thomas Graham in recognition of his attainment of the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, scouting's most distinguished honor. This Council commends Mr. Graham's diligence and skill: two traits he has displayed throughout his scouting career, his growth as a troop leader, and his dedication to our community. Mr. Graham's extensive list of achievements in the scouting world and in his community is to be widely praised and celebrated, including his Eagle Project: constructing and erecting 24 posts to mark the boundary between Boyce-Mayview Park and the residences adjacent to the park, and building two park benches. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Mr. Graham has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great County may follow. He serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
