This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Ms. Natalie Ann Ferraro in recognition of receiving the Girl Scout Gold Award, scouting's most distinguished honor. This Council commends Ms. Ferraro's diligence and skill, which she has displayed throughout her scouting career and throughout her growth as a troop leader. We praise Ms. Ferraro for her service as a Girl Scout, including her remarkable Gold Award Project: creating 50 “Hygiene for Heroes Kits,” which were hygienic kits sent to United States soldiers serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. Ms. Ferraro's dedication to scouting has set a high standard of commitment and dedication that the youth of our great county may follow. She serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
