In recognition of your diligence and fervor not only to further your knowledge, but also for your initiative to celebrate Black History Month and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. by writing a poem entitled, “Keeping His Dream Alive”. Your determination and resolve have lead you to levels of achievement in which the entire community can be proud, and sets a positive example of excellence for all of Allegheny County. We hereby officially commend you on this distinguished accomplishment, which has earned the respect and esteem of this Council and the citizens of Allegheny County.
