The 26 merit badges that you have received and your membership in the Order of the Arrow are remarkable testaments to your impressive accomplishments as a Boy Scout. This Council extends its deepest appreciation for your service to your community in which you built and placed flower boxes around the recently erected “Welcome to Port Vue” signs.
