We commend you on the diligence and skill you displayed throughout your scouting service. This Council extends its deepest appreciation for your service to your community in which you replaced a foot bridge, built a railing, and lined the trail of one of the County parks. Your efforts served to make both the bridge and the trail safer for local hikers. In addition to your service as a Boy Scout, you have proven yourself to be an outstanding student at Penn Hills High School through your participation in the orchestra, the Future Leaders of America, and the Future Teachers of America. You have set a high standard of commitment and dedication which the youth of our great County of Allegheny may follow, and which serves as an inspiration to this Council and the citizens of Allegheny County.
