This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Daniel J. Capp in recognition of attaining the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, scouting's most distinguished honor. This Council commends Mr. Capp's diligence and skill: two traits that he has displayed throughout his scouting career, his growth as a troop leader and his dedication to our community. Mr. Capp's Eagle Project -installing a handicap ramp and repairing the sidewalks at St. Bede's school - will help those with special needs and will beautify the area. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Mr. Capp has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow. He serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.

Mr. Vaerewyck's Eagle project - building and installing shelving and arranging merchandise at Habitat for Humanity - ensured the organization will be able to continue to serve the less fortunate.
