Allegheny County Council is honored to present this Certificate of Recognition to Mr. and Mrs. William Scharritter of West Mifflin upon the monumental occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary. The couple was married on December 5, 1959 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Braddock. They are the proud parents of Michelle and William and the proud grandparents of Shawna, Shaina, David and Katarina. We are pleased to recognize the couple's impressive dedication to each other over so many years; only two people who are truly meant for one another can spend their lives together. We congratulate Bill and Janet on this great milestone and wish them much happiness in the future.
