Whitehall Borough was named Pennsylvania’s #4 Safest Place to Live in 2019. With 13,944 residents, Whitehall has some of the most impressively low crime rates in the state and logged just 4 violent crimes in 2017.  This charming borough was named one of the two “most livable communities” in metropolitan Pittsburgh.  Allegheny County Council recognizes and congratulates Whitehall Borough for this prestigious achievement of being named Pennsylvania’s #4 Safest Place to Live in 2019.
