Whereas, INVISIO Group, Inc (hereinafter the “Company”) is a multinational company headquartered in Denmark and with its US offices located at 150 N. Michigan Avenue, Suite 1950, Chicago, IL. 60601; and

Whereas, the Company is a recognized worldwide leader in the development and distribution of specialized acoustic, hearing and mobile command communications; and

Whereas, the Company has requested permission to use certain County-owned real property located at the Fire Training Academy as mutually agreed (collectively the “County Property”) in connection with demonstrating some of its products and the filming of the demonstration; and

Whereas, the County of Allegheny (hereinafter the “County”) is willing to allow the Company to use County Property at such locations as mutually agreed, subject to a location agreement that will govern the Company’s use of the County Property, including a small ($100) stipend to be paid, reimbursement (@ $50 per hour per instructor) for utilization of any and all Fire Academy Instructors and which will provide specific protections for the County; and

Whereas, Article IV, Section 2(k) of the Allegheny County Home Rule Charter vests County Council with the power and duty by Ordinance to lease or permit the use of County real property; and

Whereas, County Council deems it in the public interest to permit the Company to use the County Property in connection with a demonstration of its communications, imaging and other public safety products and to allow for the filming of same subject to the conditions set forth herein; and



The Council of the County of Allegheny hereby enacts as follows:
