This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Kasey Colcombe of Boy Scout Troop 366 in recognition of his attainment of the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, scouting's most distinguished honor. This Council commends Mr. Colcombe's diligence and skill: two traits he has displayed throughout his scouting career, his growth as a troop leader, and his dedication to our community. Mr. Colcombe's Eagle Scout project included refinishing and reupholstering 49 chairs in Peelor Chapel of Christ United Methodist Church. This project entailed fundraising $1,300 and the organization of many volunteers and over 300 hours of labor to complete. Mr. Colcombe, a member of Christ United Methodist Church, is a senior at Upper St. Clair High School, where he has maintained high honors academically. He is also a four-year varsity letterman for the Upper St. Clair High School ice hockey team, as well as a team member of the U18-AAA hockey team, the Pittsburgh Predators. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Mr. Colcombe has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow. He serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
