Proclamation commending and congratulating Mr. Frank Mihalovich for his 25 years of distinguished public service with Brentwood Emergency Medical Services.
Body
WHEREAS, Allegheny County is blessed with individuals and organizations dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in their neighborhood and the community as a whole; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Frank Mihalovich, a resident of the Brentwood Borough, was attracted to volunteering for Brentwood Emergency Medical Services (EMS) as a way to give back to his community and he began his career with Brentwood EMS on May 4, 1980; and
WHEREAS, during Frank's tenure in the organization he obtained Emergency Medical Technician Certification and almost 20 of Frank's years were spent as Engineer of the organization, being responsible for keeping the fleet of vehicles on the road; and
WHEREAS, he has held the office of Vice-President of Brentwood EMS and is currently the Parliamentarian of the organization; and
WHEREAS, Brentwood EMS choose to honor him at their 28th Annual Anniversary Dinner on December 10, 2005 for his hard work, personal sacrifice and unswerving loyalty to the organization and the Brentwood community;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Allegheny County Council does hereby commend and congratulate Mr. Frank Mihalovich for 25 years of distinguished service with Brentwood Emergency Medical Services. Mr. Mihalovich's commitment to his neighborhood and its citizens serves as an inspiration to us all.
