This Certificate of Recognition is presented to Mr. and Mrs. Frank and Dolores Chandler upon the momentous occasion of their 65th wedding anniversary. Mr. and Mrs. Chandler were married on June 15, 1949 by the late Rev. Walter A. O'Hara in the former St. Cecilia Church. Frank retired from U.S. Steel Irvin Works and Dolores retired from Westinghouse Transportation Division. They are the proud parents of Joseph, David, James, and Mary Ann. The couple has 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, three step-grandchildren and five step-great-grandchildren. We are pleased to recognize the couple's impressive dedication to each other over so many years; only two people who are truly meant for one another can spend their lives together. We congratulate Frank and Dolores on this great milestone and wish them much happiness in the future.
