Allegheny County Council is pleased to present this Certificate of Recognition to the Baldwin Borough for uniting citizens, hosting businesses and promoting community spirit during its annual Community Day celebration on August 2, 2014 at the Baldwin Borough Municipal Complex. The family event begins with the Baldwin Mile, a parade and an afternoon of carnival booths, children's rides, entertainment, free swimming at the Baldwin Borough Swimming Pool, and ends with a fireworks display. We recognize the Baldwin Borough for successfully utilizing collaboration to improve the community and for remaining committed to bringing this memorable event to its residents. Furthermore, this Council extends its deepest appreciation for Baldwin Borough's exemplary dedication to the community.
