Allegheny County Council is honored to present this Certificate of Recognition to Mr. and Mrs. Martin Devine of West Mifflin upon the monumental occasion of their 60th wedding anniversary. The couple was married on September 24, 1949 in St. Theresa's in Munhall by Father William A. Lavelle. They are the proud parents of Martin, Paul, Richard, Kathy and James. The couple also has 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. We are pleased to recognize their impressive dedication to each other over so many years; only two people who are truly meant for one another can spend their lives together. We congratulate Martin and Elizabeth on this great milestone and wish them much happiness in the future.
