This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Luke Haywiser in recognition of his attainment of the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout: scouting's most distinguished honor. This Council commends Mr. Haywiser's diligence and skill: two traits that he has displayed throughout his scouting career, his growth as a troop leader and his dedication to our community. Mr. Haywiser's Eagle Project - resurfacing the external metal of hand railings surrounding St. Valentine's school and church - will bring an appreciated aesthetic beauty to the buildings. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Mr. Haywiser has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow. He serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
