This Certificate of Recognition is presented to Al and Elaine Harmon upon the momentous occasion of their 50^th wedding anniversary.  Mr. and Mrs. Harmon, of the Dravosburg area, were married on April 7, 1958 in Broughton, Pennsylvania by the Reverend Elmer McKibbney.  They are the proud parents of Albert and Edward Harmon and the loving grandparents to five grandchildren.  Your commitment to each other and dedication to your family serves as an inspiration to this Council and the citizens of Allegheny County.  Allegheny County Council congratulates and recognizes you upon this happy occasion and we wish you all the best in the future.
