Allegheny County Council is proud to present this Certificate of Achievement to Mr. James Fleming in recognition of his outstanding athletic ability, which contributed to an exceptional season and for earning the 2007 WPIAL Class AAA Wrestling Championship in the 140-pound class.  Mr. Fleming won the 2006 WPIAL Class AAA Wrestling Championship, thereby earning this distinguished award for two consecutive years.  This notable endeavor and accomplishment is worthy of our County of Champions, earning the esteem of the citizens of Allegheny County.  Your achievement has conferred honor upon the County to be shared by each of us and, for that, we commend you.
