This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Ryan J. Breen in recognition of his attainment of the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, scouting's most distinguished honor. Mr. Breen is a member of Boy Scout Troop 380 which is sponsored by Fox Chapel Episcopal Church. This Council commends Mr. Breen's diligence and skill: two traits he has displayed throughout his scouting career, his growth as a troop leader, and his dedication to our community. For his Eagle Scout project, Mr. Breen built a chimney swift tower at Beechwood Farms, local headquarters of the Western Pennsylvania Audubon Society. The tower is a nesting chamber for birds and is the prototype for future towers. It is prominently featured at the front of the building along with an informational kiosk. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Mr. Breen has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow. He serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
