This Council commends you and extends its deepest appreciation for your untiring service to the community in initiating the training and recruitment of local citizens for the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Program, designed to prepare volunteers to help themselves, their families, and their neighbors in the event of a catastrophic disaster.
