This Certificate of Recognition is awarded to Mary Lou and Joe Falce in honor of their 60^th Wedding Anniversary celebrated on September 30, 2007.  Mr. Joe Falce, former mayor of West Mifflin, grew up in the Hays section of the City of Pittsburgh and worked as a steelworker.  He has been involved in local government, namely West Mifflin Council since 1976.  Mrs. Falce was born in Homestead.  Mr. and Mrs. Falce are active in the community, assisting with West Mifflin Community Day and the annual Halloween Parade, among other events.  Together, Mr. and Mrs. Falce have three sons, Chuck, Joe and Rob and two grandchildren, Jason and Justin.  We hereby congratulate Mary Lou and Joe Falce upon the momentous occasion of their 60^th Wedding Anniversary.  We wish you the best and may the years ahead be everything you wish them to be.
