Allegheny County Council is honored to present this Certificate of Recognition to Mr. and Mrs. Francis Chandler of Glassport upon the monumental occasion of their 60th wedding anniversary. The couple was married on June 15, 1949 and has since been blessed with four children, 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. We are pleased to recognize your impressive dedication to each other over so many years; only two people who are truly meant for one another can spend their lives together. We congratulate you on this great milestone and wish you much happiness in the future.
