Allegheny County Council is honored to present this Certificate of Recognition to Mr. and Mrs. John and Barbara Hart upon the monumental occasion of their 60th wedding anniversary. The couple was married on December 19, 1953 in St. Michael Church in Elizabeth, Pennsylvania by the Rev. Gearing. They are the proud parents of John, Michael, Patricia, and Daniel. The couple has six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. We are pleased to recognize the couple's impressive dedication to each other over so many years; only two people who are truly meant for one another can spend their lives together. We congratulate John and Barbara on this great milestone and wish them much happiness in the future.
