Allegheny County Council is proud to present these Certificates of Recognition to Lt. Harold J. Cline, Sgt. Albert F. Wessel, Insp. David E. Walsh and Ptlm. Joseph Sotak upon the occasion of their retirement from the Allegheny County Bureau of Police. Their accomplishments are many and varied and have established Allegheny County's Police Department as a model on a national scale. They have diligently guarded the safety of our county's residents over the course of their exemplary career, and this endeavor has earned both the esteem and the respect of the citizens of Allegheny County. Their dedication to serving our community even at great risk to themselves has conferred honor upon the county to be shared by each of us and, for that, we commend each individual.
