This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Dominic Richard Costantini in recognition of his attainment of the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, scouting's most distinguished honor. This Council commends Mr. Costantini's diligence and skill: two traits he has displayed throughout his scouting career, his growth as a troop leader, and his dedication to our community. In order to receive this rank, Mr. Costantini performed a major service project which benefitted the community. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Mr. Costantini has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow. He serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
