This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Nathan Alexander Swiech in recognition of his attainment of the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, scouting's most distinguished honor. This Council commends Mr. Swiech's diligence and skill: two traits he has displayed throughout his scouting career, his growth as a troop leader, and his dedication to our community. Mr. Swiech's Eagle Scout project benefitted the Common Ground of Upper St. Clair and involved the construction and installation of twelve (12) Barn Owl Nesting Boxes in Upper St. Clair, Irwin, Connellsville and Avella, Pennsylvania. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Mr. Swiech has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow. He serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
