This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Austin Wayne Reese in recognition of his attainment of the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, scouting's most distinguished honor. This Council commends Mr. Reese's diligence and skill: two traits he has displayed throughout his scouting career, his growth as a troop leader, and his dedication to our community. For his Eagle Scout project, Mr. Reese renovated flower beds for the Berkeley Hills Fire Company, Station 247, located in Ross Township. In addition to his Eagle Scout project, Mr. Reese achieved 31 Merit Badges and held several leadership positions within Troop 181. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Mr. Reese has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow. He serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
