This Certificate of Achievement is awarded to Mr. Cody Joshua Miller in recognition of his attainment of the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, scouting's most distinguished honor. This Council commends Mr. Miller's diligence and skill: two traits he has displayed throughout his scouting career, his growth as a troop leader, and his dedication to our community. For his Eagle Scout project, Mr. Miller provided exceptional leadership and installed a drop ceiling into the lower social hall of the Evangelical Congregational Church of McKeesport, Pennsylvania. The project was designed to cover the pipes in the ceiling, as well as reduce noise. Throughout his participation in the Boy Scouts, Mr. Miller has set a high standard of commitment and fervor that the youth of our great county may follow. He serves as an inspiration to this Council and to the citizens of Allegheny County.
